Timveem

Timveem is part of the Timex-Group and focuses mainly on managing property which is rented partly to own operating components and partly to various clients. The different objects are being rented to clients as independent lodging. Clients who have expanded over the years towards more independence, whether or not with help from Timtex Transport's services, have always continues using the facilities of Timtex Transport B.V. The management of this property-sector is part of Timveem B.V. This name comes from the prior stock areas, called Veem-warehouses. We offer our clients the possibility to rent property, that can be divided in warehouse- and office- space if required. There is also a possibility to rent both separately. In terms of warehouse, we give the renter the option to rent an independent unit, ranging from 700 m2 to 8500 m2, to be able to take care of the commodity flow on own.
